team led by Sculptor - Andy Griffiths from the Coleg Sir Gar (Carmarthenshire College)
and stands on The Rath , overlooking Milford Haven .

Surrounding the monument , Blue Forest of Dean stone paving is laid, with an inscription
in Welsh and English - From Many One Purpose : Safety , Service , Pride .
To Be Wise One Must Ever Reflect.
The Paving supports Individual Memorials to five workers who have lost their lives
in the local Oil Industry .
