3 - Prehistoric Monuments
Carneddau Hengwm North Cairn
A Long Cairn approximately 100 ft by 50 ft , aligned E-W on Mynydd Egryn.
Traces of an uncertain number of chambered features ,
as huge quantities of stone have been removed over time .
The most westerly chamber retains a capstone.
The chamber at the east end has two opposed lateral entrances in the 'Severn Cotswold Style'.
