Sandbanks
The Coast Path follows the Road past Caernarfon Airport.
A lengthy diversion around the Airport ,along the beach /sand dunes , is required to see Fort Belan .

Sandbanks on the notorious Caernarfon bar, at the SW end of the Menai Straits
A shipping channel through these waters can be used 3hrs either side of high tide
