2 - Newborough to Four Mile Bridge
Llanddwyn Island - Pillow Lava - 1
Walking along the beach and just before Llanddwyn Island is reached ,
the isolated rocky outcrops show pillow lavas.
Underwater Volcanic eruptions from a vent were exuded as globular masses of Basalt Lava.
When piled one on top of another this gives the appearance of pillows.
