Porth Ysgaden Slipway
Local produce, including salted herring was shipped out .
Liverpool, Chester and Ireland being important destinations.
Coal , Iron, sugar, tea, salt, clothing, tobacco, and other goods were brought in.
The old coalyard is above the slipway.
