A slight diversion from the Coast Path to reach Penrhyn Point
The Fairbourne Miniature Railway (1895) runs from Fairbourne to the Barmouth Pedestrian Ferry Station on Penrhyn Point.
The 2 mile long line was rebuilt in 1986 to a 12.25 inch gauge.
A pedestrian ferry runs from Penrhyn Point to Barmouth (10am-4pm everyday)
