A view of the Church from the Island.
By the 19th century erosion was causing graves in the churchyard to fall into the sea,
so a seawall was built around the island to protect the remaining graves and the church.
The Gravestone in the foreground is inscribed - Frank Morley Gurney of London
who drowned in Trecastell Bay, July 1860 ,aged 21.
