
In town - a fine view of castellated seaside 'folly' style holiday home built to resemble a large sandcastle at the seashore.
Surf Point was built in 1906-8 by the millionaire Charles Palethorpe, a member
of the famous Worcestershire pork butchery family. It was soon dubbed 'Sausage Castle'.

heads North to 4 mile bridge , then South ,mainly on roads, to the Coast.
