Bangor Pier
Opened 14 May 1896. Major Restoration 1982/8.
Bangor / Garth Pier is 1,500 feet (460 m) in length, the second-longest pier in Wales,
cast-iron columns, with a steel structure.
Operated by Bangor City Council , currently undergoing a further restoration programme.
