A view over Llyn Teryn (alt.415m) and the Ruined miners Barracks of the Snowdon Copper Mine
Copper mining started around 1800 . The Snowdon Mine / Britannia Mine (1898 - 1915).
The mine was worked intermittently by various companies closing in 1916.
