The Vardre
Looking across the Conwy Estuary to the hill above Deganwy - The Vardre.
The Vardre is a Volcanic Landform - created when magma hardens
within a vent on an active volcano producing a plug.
If the plug is preserved, erosion may remove the surrounding rock producing a distinctive upstanding landform.
