1 - Bangor to Llandudno
Conwy Suspension Bridge - 2
Thomas Telford designed the bridge to match Conwy Castle.
The bridge deck is suspended by five tiers of two chains each carried over castellated towers.
Part of the castle had to be demolished during construction to anchor the suspension cables.
