Llanfairfechan Beach
Llanfairfechan is a charming Victorian Seaside Town
A long pebbly beach near the Promenade with plenty of sand on a low tide.
The headland of Penmaenmawr Mountain is a major transport obstacle.
The Railway (Stephenson 1848) is close to the coast.
The Eastern carriageway of the A55 was realigned 1930/36 with two short tunnels
(55m and 30m long ). The Western carriageway uses a (930m long) tunnel from 1993.
