Segontium Terrace
A view passed the castle to Segontium Terrace , with fine views over the Afon Seiont , built in the early C19 ,
before the Slate Quay developed .The terrace contributes to Caernarfon's strong Georgian tradition.
Segontium was a Roman Fort on high ground to the east (SH4856240) - the foundations remain.
