Pared y Cefn-hir (360m) overlooking the boathouse on the larger of the two Cregennen lakes.

From Arthog (A493) two roads , both narrow, steep in places, with gates , up to the Lakes.
Or the very long , narrow road (Ffordd Ddu) from Dolgellau gives a gradual ascent.
