
TOP LEFT- Bodfeddan Inscribed Stone - Cunogus' Stone. An early medieval memorial stone, probably fifth or sixth century AD.
This is a rough pillar stone, 2.0m high and roughly square sectioned, 0.8m-0.9m across.
On the stone's north face is an inscription ,no longer legible, in two vertical lines CVNOGVS / HIC IACIT or 'the Stone of Cunogus He lies here'.
The stone is close to a wall on the east side of the A4080 south of the No.5 / A55 roundabout, opposite Maen Hir bungalow, SH3560 3745

TOP RIGHT- Llys Einion (Bryn Dyfrydog) Standing Stone, a rather tapering squarish stone 1.6m high, 1.0m wide and 0.8m thick.
probably dates to the Bronze Age (c.2300 - 800 BC).From a lane of the B5111 ,South of Parys Mountain ,

LOWER LEFT - Werthyr (Bryn Llwyd) Standing Stone , a massive 3m tall, 1.6m wide and 0.5m thick. It rises to a flat top with a distinct shoulder on the western side.
Probably dating to the Bronze Age (c.2300 BC - 800 BC) ,Field north side of the Werthyr farm lane , of a road south of the A 5025 (East of Cemaes), SH4161 9282

LOWER RIGHT - Cremlyn Standing Stone - South, 1.85 m high by 0.75 m square. The stone fell over in 1977 ,
not as impressive as the Cremlyn North Stone , Probably date to the Bronze Age (c. 2300 - 800 BC).
