Mauve Stinger Jellyfish - Traeth Penllech
Some of the hundreds/ thousands of Mauve Stinger (Pelagia Noctiluca), a small beautifully coloured Jellyfish , stranded on the beach.
A purple jellyfish , up to 12cm , but with long tentacles up to 3m long covered with stinging cells as are the warts on the Bell.
