Maen-y-Bardd Burial Chamber - 2
The tomb sits amidst a rich landscape of prehistoric settlements and fields,
the majority belonging to the later Iron Age and Romano-British periods.
It lies adjacent to a sunken trackway thought to be the line of a Roman road.
Also to the north east is the Caerhun Chambered Tomb - SH 7412 7189
and to the south west the medieaval Ffon-y-cawr Standing Stone - SH 7392 7170
