A small, yet iconic Neolithic burial chamber, variously referred to as Maen-y-Bardd (the bard's or poet's stone),
Cwt-y-Bugail (shepherd's hut) or Cwt-y-filiast (greyhound's kennel).
The burial chamber , about 1.2 metres high , comprises a large capstone resting on four supports,
surrounded by possible traces of a cairn.
Location - on a track west of Rhiw / Rowen (parking here) / Ty'n-y-groes on the B5106 above the River Conwy.
