Porthdinllaen Lifeboat Station
Manned constantly since its opening in 1864 , when Porthdinllaen was a busy port.
And with its sheltered north facing bay - a harbour of refuge.
Porthdinllaen Lifeboat Station is the only lifeboat station where
Welsh is the normally spoken language of the crew.
The new building (2012) houses a Tamar Class all-weather lifeboat.
