The foundations of one of the 2 round huts at Din Lligwy
Probably inhabited by a Romano-Celtic tribe who lived in roundhouses
but adopted much of the lifestyle of the invading Romans.
Din Lligwy settlement, dating back to the 3rd-4th century AD, was within a walled enclosure of about ½ acre.
The drystone walls are about 1.0m wide and stands up to 2.0m high, including many large orthostatic stone slabs.
