The unusual arrangement of having the lantern at ground level with the
Look-out and Telegraph room above is similar to the Great Orme Lighthouse.
The automated light is 39m above high water , with a range of 18nm (33km) .
The Fog Signal no longer operates. The building / light is angled in the NNE direction.
