The high estate wall can be looked over in some luxury at this location.
The Vaynol estate parkland is contained within a stone wall 7 miles long.
The National Trust owns only part of the estate , the woods at Glan Faenol (1985).
It is currently felling conifer trees , suffering from Conifer butt rot.
A circular 1.5 mile long NT trail , taking in some the Coast Path , passes through the Vaynol parkland .
