6 - Trefor to Bangor

From Port Dinorwic the Coast Path follows roads inland to a roundabout on the A487.
Past Vaynol Hall the NT Glan Faenol Trail can be followed to the Coast.
Looking across the Strait to the National Trust property Plas Newydd
A country house set in gardens, parkland and surrounding woodland.
The house site was first occupied in the 13th century,
The present house is from 1793 . Now a National Trust property .
Views are difficult to find because of the high estate wall and trees.
This view is just before the now private boat house in the old dock is reached.
Take a small folding pruning saw with you !
