Tanygrisiau Railway Station
Tanygrisiau on the Ffestiniog Railway , a request halt and token station ,with a passing loop.
Tanygrisiau is pronounced 'tanner-grisher'.
The narrow gauge Railway runs between Porthmadog - Tanygrisiau then Blaeanau Ffestiniog.
On the hill is the impressive Wrysgan Quarry Incline (1850) with a short tunnel at its head into the Quarry.
