A FP (near the Tollhouse) leads to the summit of Ynys Tywyn (NT) - a small wooded rocky knoll .
A steam train , from Porthmadog Station , is on the railway track above the A497 Road.
There is a Rock Cannon on the Summit.

Boston Lodge was built on the site of the main quarry that supplied the stone used in building The Cob - 1808/11 .
