The path passes Spinnies Aberogwen Nature Reserve (woodland,pools,freshwater lagoon,bird hides).
A number of Reserves on this stretch of Coast on the edge of a vast
expanse of intertidal mud and sand known as Lavan Sands / Traeth Lafan .
A top area in Wales to see wildfowl and waders.
