Marine Drive Toll House - Great Orme
Both Lodge and Toll Office are faced with rusticated stone blocks.
Office is a tall single-storey structure with vaulted pedestrian passageway.
Panelled Iron Gate standards remain from the toll gate .
Marine Drive is a 4mile long toll road , built (1872/8) , to enable carriages to make the tour
around the Great Orme. It replaced Cust's Path, a pedestrian path , built 1856/8 .
