The Neolithic Chambered Tomb lies about two miles south-east of Betws y Coed, close to the village of Capel Garmon.
The tomb was constructed during the Neolithic period some 5,500 years ago.
The Capel Garmon Tomb is similar to the Severn-Cotswold burial monuments found in and around the River Severn.

Route - can be approached from Capel Garmon or from a single track gated lane off the A5 to the east of the B4406 junction .
Through the first Gate / Park near the second Gate?/ FP (Diversion FP) before farm , well signed to the monument.
