On the right Mynydd Mawr (698m) overlooking Llyn Cwellyn.
Mynydd Drws-y-coed (695m) and Y Garn (613m) on the left.
Clogwyn y Garreg (336m) and Clogwyn y Barcut (347m) in between.
A well signed FP from Rhyd-Ddu heads North East crossing the narrow qauge Welsh Highland Railway .
The path then becomes boggy in lots of places .
